Introduction to Food Handling

This training module is an  Introduction to Food Safety. It will give participants skills and knowledge required to prepare and handle food safely. This course meets the minimum requirements for food handling staff under Australian Food Standards Code, Standard 3.2.2

Participants completing this course are starting in the industry and handling all food types.
