Basic Food Handling

The Basic Food Handling course has been developed for delivery to all staff involved in food businesses where there is a requirement for staff to have the skills and knowledge for the work they are doing.

This course meets the minimum requirements for food handling staff under Australian Food Standards Code, Standard 3.2.2, the requirement for staff to have the necessary knowledge of food safety and food hygiene matters.

This is not an accredited training course. Training is delivered by Master Grocers Australia – RTO Code: 21148


  • Delivery – 100% online. There aren’t any classroom sessions involved
